West, Mid and South Senior Hurling champions decided on busy day of local GAA

first_imgDrom & Inch are the Mid Senior Hurling champions- they beat Upperchurch-Drombane by 1-16 to 1-15 in Holycross.Mullinahone are the new South Senior Hurling champions.They deposed Killenaule as the Division’s hurling kingpins, beating them by 2-11 to 2-08.  Éire Óg Anacarty/Donohill have held on to their West Senior Hurling crown, courtesy of a 1-14 to 0-09 win against Clonoulty/Rossmore.  The first game at that venue saw Lattin-Cullen beat Golden-Kilfeacle by 1-14 to 2-10 in the West Intermediate Hurling Final.JK Brackens are the Mid Senior football champions.They needed extra-time, before eventually beating Moyne-Templetuohy by 0-17 to 0-11 in Holycross.And Newport have won the North Intermediate Hurling title- they eased past Ballinahinch by 1-21 to 1-07.In other results from today:-South Tipperary Junior B Football Group 2: Clonmel Commercials 2-04 Cahir 0-12County Junior “A” Hurling Championship: Thurles Sarsfields 3-10 Skeheenarinky 1-18last_img
